How do you handle shipping and handling?


We ship to Canada only, normally between 3 to 7 business days for Canada via Ground delivery, unless otherwise requested. All orders receive a package tracking number once it has been fulfilled via Canada Post. Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport or for package returned to us. Shipping timelines are as follows: Canada: 3 - 7 business days




How do you handle Returns and Cancellations?


All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds. **Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all products.

All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at daretovegan@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any queries you may have.




How do you handle Privacy issues?


We never share your personal information with anyone.




Disclaimer


Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin. If redness or irritation develops within 24 hours, discontinue use. The information presented on this website is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition or replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional.




Are your products gluten-free?


Many of our products do not contain gluten, however we do make and store all of our products within the same facilities. As a warning for those with extreme allergies, we take great care to prevent cross contamination, but there's always a risk that they've come into contact with gluten-containing ingredients. Transparency is important to us, and you can find a list of the ingredients for every product on its packaging (if applicable), gift insert, and our website product pages. Please check the individual product's ingredients list before use.




Are your products nut-free


Many of our products do not contain nuts, however we do make and store all of our products within the same facilities. Terms and Conditions


By shopping with Dare to Vegan you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions;

Custom Fees
In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be held responsible to cover such fees before delivery can proceed. It is recommended that the customer check with the local post office for such fees prior to placing an order to avoid any confusion.

Stolen or Lost Mail Dare to Vegan will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. However - on a case by case basis, replacements may be provided. Rest assured that if there is reason to believe your order was lost in transit - we will be sure to offer you a suitable resolution. Therefore - do not hesitate to place your orders with us. We make sure to take care of you from start to end :)

During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. Dare to Vegan will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer. All deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control, although we always do our very best to help you through the process of tracking.




Are your products fragrance-free?


Scent is such an important part of our identity, something that makes us who we are. However, we do have a section on our website dedicated to our unscented products because we do care!
